Paint Correction

One of our main specialties is the ability to correct the appearance of your vehicle’s paint i.e. “paint correction”. This process involves in-depth polishing of your vehicle's paint to remove scratches, swirl marks, water-spotting, and other blemishes. Before this process, the vehicle's paint is measured with a special tool, determining its thickness to avoid damage to the clear coat. Our training gives us the ability to deliver an extremely glossy and mirror-like finish, free of any haze/marring.

FAQ

  • Your vehicles clear coat is the outmost layer of paint, there to protect and add gloss to the colored layer of paint below. Overtime this layer takes damage in form of wash marks, staining, scratches, water spots, and other etching/marks. A proper paint correction will bring your paint back to its desired condition, often times better than new.

  • Depending on the condition/age of your vehicle, our Paint Correction process can take anywhere from 2 days to an entire week.

  • More often than not, new vehicles will have some swirl marks/scratches from the manufacturing process and washing at the dealership.

  • We apply a ceramic coating to every vehicle that gets a paint correction. This coating will provide a hard sacrificial layer over your paint, providing more resistant to wash marks, bird droppings, bug etchings, and UV damage. This will help preserve the condition of your paint and keep your vehicle cleaner longer due to the high slickness of the coating.
